  1. How do I activate my account?

    Once you have registered with us you will receive an activation email. This email will be sent to the address you gave us when registering and will contain a link, which you must click to access your account. You will be unable to access your account until you have clicked the link in your activation email.

  2. Why can’t I log on?

    In order to log in you must be a registered user with a valid username and password. If you are not registered please Register Now and complete the registration form.

  3. How can I reset my password?

    Visit the Forgotten Password page, where you can enter your username and a new password will be sent to you.

  4. I’ve forgotten my username

    Your username will usually be your work email address, please use the one you registered with. If you are still experiencing problems please contact our Helpdesk.

  5. I’ve forgotten my password

    If you have forgotten your password you can visit the Forgotten Password page, where you can enter your username. A link to reset your password will be sent to the primary and alternative email addresses you gave during the registration process.

  6. My username and password combination do not work

    Please ensure your username and password are correct. The username is your email address. If you are still having problems please contact our Customer Care Team.

  7. How do I update my postal address?

    To update your postal address simply visit the My Account page, update your profile page and then click the “Save my profile” button.
